Most retailers are listing PS4 games in the range of £50-55 here in the UK.

But more importantly, I pre-ordered the PS4 for £348.98 way back in June. Now that Sony have announced more bundles, my retailer (shopto) has given me the option to switch to these bundles. So I was looking at the Killzone bundle and it costs £399.85. So the game itself costs about £50. This has me worried because a bundle is there for you to save some money, and if the game itself costs £50  in a bundle, its definitely going to cost greater than or equal to that value standalone.

I don't know about you guys, but £50 is an extremely steep price for a game. I don't see myself buying many games day one at that price, if any at all. Also, what the heck is the point of a bundle if you are paying the same as the console and the game standalone?

Around the Network

Yeah I think so at GAME DriveClub is £52 and WatchDogs is £50 (those are the 2 I'm buying)

Games will fall back to around £40 when the PS4 and X1 have been around for about a year. Games for new systems are always more expensive. I remember PS3 games costing around £50 at launch in 2007, it wasn't like that for long and i don't see why it would be different now. I think Wii U games are already cheaper than they were at launch

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

They will fall.

M$ has said £49.99 for their games, so I would be shocked if Sony didn't have the same price
