I honestly don't understand why people buy their games there.

They are always more expensive than their competitors and the service is average at best.

JB HiFi, K-Mart, Big W, Target, Toys R us, Dick Smith electronics, Harvey Norman..................

All of them sell video games for less.

I would count them as cometitors, wouldn't you?

I go online for vast majority of purchases. Sites like NewEgg, Amazon and BestBuy (and others) have served me well over the years.
