50% of the way? You're much nearer to 25% based on what you've said so far.

Im guessing you havent read any of the posts on this thread. I never said "it would be better if Ellie hung out with other teenagers or told jokes", if you have read any of the previous posts, you would have known that im on the suburbs (50%ish part of the game with nearly 5 hours into the game).

So right after the underground part after you wash up on shore? Hmm I guess that is around 50%.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the second half. Their characters really start opening up after that point.

Great game, but honestly you have to play Naughty Dog games on Hard (i.e. most difficult setting minus 1) to feel like you're properly challenged. At least people who consider themselves to be good at playing video games should. If you play any of the Uncharteds, for instance, on normal first time through it will be like sleep walking through the game.

Normal difficulty is for relative noobs, hard difficulty is for competent gamers, though the best of the best gamers will find hard difficulty a too easy most likely. I didn't die as often as I thought I would on hard, but I died enough for me to feel like the tricky sections of the game were a good challenge.

I thought the pacing was near perfect. This game would have been pretty terrible if it was a full throttle game.

Maybe I should explain.... I'm mostly talking about Booker And Elizabeth together throughout BI. Also, I like the many uses of gifs to try to make fun of me instead of asking why I stated my opinion like anyone with any sense would do.

Aldro loves TLoU and has actually finished it and feels that your complaints are moot points, seeing as how you're only half way through.

Have you actually played it since you started this thread?   Based on what you have said, you haven't.  Trust me it gets better.  A lot better (imo).  I am 99% certain you will agree after you have finished it.   


I have played a little more of the game, and it has gotten a tad bit better to be honest.
