This would be somewhat similar to Rayman legends. However the game would still be releasing at launch on xbone and getting the 360 port later. Do you think any xbone game will get delayed to have it release with the ports, exactly like Rayman?

No, unlike Rayman Legend, all those games were paid for by MS. Except Quantum Break which is first party IP FYI.

No way. Microsoft isn't Nintendo, they won't sit back on their throne and allow that to happen. It's likely that this is sewn up in a way that precludes that scenario but, even if it isn't, they'd still do whatever is necessary to prevent it.
