namco and sony always had good relationships. and now, when they created new developer studio "Cellius", and Tekken6 will be made on arcades based Cell, it will only prove their friendship. And by the way, you won`t find anywhere "trusty bell" with "xbox360 only".

Kane and Lynch was "xbox360 only" and now its on PS3, even that does not mean much.

Timed exclusives obviously don't exist. The original Splinter Cell was "Xbox Only". So was Halo. So was Halo 2. All were later released on other platforms. The same applies to many "exclusive" Playstation games.

Companies (unlike Sony, who has claimed to never have paid for a timed exclusive) often give extra resources, help, etc. to companies who will release a game on their console first and then open it up to other platforms later in the lifecycle.

BTW, if Namco and Sony are such best buddies, why is Ace Combat coming to the 360 a few months before it hits the PS3? Why isn't there even a listing for Trusty Bell on a Sony platform yet? Because the money is in the 360 right now, that's why. Will they come later? Probably. Devs are whores; they go where the money can be made.

I think Microsoft is paying publishers for timed exclusives also handing out wads of cash to new companies (like Mistwalker) to develope for the 360 in addition to the fact that the 360 games sell really well in the US (a lot of 'em at least)...

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!
