I have a sub for Game Informer but everytime I get the next issue in the mail I bearly touch it. All the news and reviews are already old by the time it arrives, and it never has any new information you cant already find on the web.

I wont be renewing my sub, waste of money I feel.

Anyone out there feel the same?

I stopped around 2005, for the exact same reason.

That and the mags I read were extremely biased sometimes.

Which mags were those?

I remember the good old days when you would get demos with your gaming mags lol now you can just get any demo you want off the games store.

The only one I can really remember was Electronic Gaming Monthly.  There was others but they stuck out.

Also remember a lot of Game Informer, but minus a few articles here adn there, didn't see much bias.

I have an app on my phone called Appy Gamer which gives me gaming news on the notification bar if its like zomfg so I think thats the new way that magazines is going to be... But a physical one... nope

I did buy a PC gamer magazine at one time then I realized da faq did I just spend my money on...

I always wanted to get a magizine subscription but never got round to doing it, now it's pointless I can search what I'm looking for straight away on a website

Sure do, I get The official Australian PlayStation Magazine.

Only if I'm on a train or something and my phone is close to being out of juice.. So basically not much. Although I was recently flipping through my old collection of Gamepro and EGM, ahh those were the days.. Before internet was mainstream, and gaming stuff was read in a tangible form. Twas a simpler time..

I do import the Dengeki Playstation from time to time. It's expensive (15€ one issue) but the layout is beautiful and they do have very interesting exclusive information/interviews or fun creations of their own.
