No. Only PS4 require Plus.

They made that clear during the E3 conference, that only PS4 multiplayer needs PS+.
I wonder how many of the 150 million+ PS3/360 owners were subscribed to Gold, PSN, or both this past gen, and how many of them will be willing to subscribe next gen.
This April, Live had 46 million subscribers, not all of them Gold. Weird. Doesn't that mean 30 million 360 owners aren't playing online multiplayer at all?
With all the free games and other goodies in p plus, it's a no brained for me.

Maybe they voted yes because getting PS Plus is a no brainer for them. :)
