Could be good or bad. I'm ambivalent with regard to Sega as a good publisher as of late. Rome 2 was just rushed out the door by CA and I believe Sega had a hand in it.

I don't like this one bit. Sega is the worst when it comes to localization. Says goodbye to a beautiful days of Atlus.
And for those who wish it to be bought by nintendo. That's the worst lamest acquistion. It's not god for us gamers. Atlus is one of the great publishers that localize JRPGs and japanese games. Even I a Sony fan doesn't want Sony to acquire them.
