well from reading this and his past reviews, he lets his agenda get in the way of his review scores.
but he wont get fired because he was hired for political reasons anyway. judging from his work he doesnt seem qualified.

but anyway a 90 is a great score. didnt gamespot give Uncharted 3 and The Last of US like an 80. yeah no room to complain about the score.

I think if I reviewed games I'd just write my opinions and give a confusing "score".

"I give GTA V a rating of Finland."

"What? You gave Saints Row IV a rating of a giraffe, this review is null and void!"

OT: This probably has more to do with her being female than anything else.  Too many insecure young men playing video games...

She (at least I think) is using personal opinions in the middle of her "professional review" (I'm pretty sure you learn your not supposed to do that when your...15) and using that personal opinion to bring the score down...that's why people got upset. The IGN reviewer (who also looks like a man) never got hate cause she was a woman.

They aren't angry about the score, but rather the faults that she points out in her review. Although there probably are people out there who would get upset over a 9/10 score (actually I'm thinking A LOT).

I don't understand why these people need to get so personally invested with these reviews. It's her opinion and it's true, GTA games are highly misogynistic. If that affected her enjoyment of the game, she has every right to express that in her opinion.

I was watching that GIF and saw the adams apple on him/her.  I thought that was a fake photo...

They gave 10/10 to GTA4 and that game did not deserve that score good to hear they have gotten stricter with their reviews.

They also gave 8/10 to The Last of Us which I don't agree but I can respect that.

I've got to say, though, that complaining about the characters in GTA being misogynistic is more than a bit amusing. It's a game about career criminals. Yes, I'm sure these thieves and killers are probably not gentlemen to women but it would be kind of ridiculous if they were.
