Looks like they finally achieved parity.

Some shots have some differences. But where one shot has blurrier textures in some parts for one version, it also has cleaner textures in other parts. The deck shot for example...

Al that's left for me to see is how well each version performs against one another.

looks almost identical but for some reason I find the 360 version better even if it's just not as noticeable as GTA 4, still I'm more concerned about performance than anything else.

Looks impressive on both systems. 360 version is barely ahead. Makes you wonder how next gen 3rd party titles will pan out across at least 2 of the home consoles.

PS3 version is better, the water is slightly more sparkly on the right hand corner

The PS3 version looks a little more clear maybe because the AA or some blur... or the JPEG quality is downplaying the 360 image a little bit.

Very close if you just look for the minimal details.
