They're saying it's futuristic. With the voice commands, personal identification/recognition, the ability to detect your body pressure and heart rate. Eve the ability to determine your age.

If they had said this console is future proof or from the future, thats good, to say Beta tested... beta means not ready..

To be honest its bad english and doesn't really make sense.
