I think the Wii is likely to reach 10 with Just Dance 3. It's sold over 150k so far this year, and needs less than 120k more. It's not guaranteed, but it's likely.
The X360 likely only has two more contenders. GTA V and the next CoD. Neither are shoe-ins, and the legs of both are going to be seriously hampered by the new Xbox. CoD is slightly more likely to make it than to not, while GTA is unlikely to make it. It's probably going to finish at 8.
The 3DS has four released titles that are incredibly likely to make it (MK7, NSMB2, SM3Dland, Animal Crossing) and will most likely have either 2 or 3 Pokemon games crossing 10 million as well. Of currently known titles, nothing else is very likely to make it. The Zelda game could potentially see some type of NSMB effect and make it, but that's unlikely. Luigis Mansion has a slight chance if it legs like SM64 DS did. That's not completely unfeasible, but still not very likely. Thus, the 3DS would need 2-4 non-Pokemon unknown games to pass 10 million, depending on how many Pokemon games do it, and if Zelda/Luigis mansion does. 2 is rather likely, while 4 is somewhat unlikely without a third party game doing 10 million.
Other than that, some 10 million seller stats:
52 titles have sold 10 million on a single platform. 33 of these are Nintendo games, 19 of which from this generation. Of the last 19, 1 is from the PS1, 5 are from the Ps2, 5 are from the Ps3 and 7 are from the X360. Additionally, the PC has one on Vgchartz (The sims) but it obviously has far more. World of Warcraft, for instance, as well as all the expansion packs - possibly barring Mists.
