I really hope Deus Ex Universe isn't an MMO thing. I don't mind adding multiplayer (the original Deus Ex had multiplayer that was actually quite fun), but it just wouldn't work as an MMO.

An open world style single player Deus Ex could work though (ability to revisit previous locations at will) and might be the direction they take considering all next gen titles seem to be going in this direction.
