I played the pc version and I got to about paragon level thirty before I quit.  Gold grinding was not fun and playing the auction house was boring since chinese bots would just keep causing huge inflation.

Console version= legendary drops actually useful and more frequent then pc version, therefore transitions to difficulty and acts are easier to do. = somewhat fun

Pc version= legedary drops/rate sucked, not useful, and most of the time right to the auction house and therefore, had to spend time gold grinding to get useful gear to transition to difficulty and acts. = boring

Console version over priced and ok to play with friends, but public game matchmaking sucks or lack of it, could be just because of poor sales.

just my two cents.

Lower the game to 19.99 and maybe people will buy it.

The gameplay is also changed. There's a dodge now? I think that's a big change. Also kiting is viable...

I'm sure it is fun. I look very much forward, especially to couch coop, I just wait for the PS4 version to come out.

It's fun I got it as a birthday present, would definitely buy it again.
Played Diablo 2 on PC 10+ years ago, feels nothing like Diablo and I'm a tad upset they replaced the Necromancer with the Witch Doctor.
None the less Diablo on consoles is very good.

I don't know how to describe it really.  Keeping the enemy a long distance away from you; snaring them and wearing their health down slowly.

Playing through it now and its a blast! getting tons of rare item drops and the dodge action is a great feature :) Ive been a massive Diablo fan since the first game and I have 2 say I'm loving the 3rd. The settings, story, CG's and characters are all awesome :) and I'm loving the new NPC system. I'm little disappointed that you don't assign character points/skills anymore but its not worrying me 2 much. And its so good 2 find out more info on the Diablo Lore throughout the game.

How are the controls working? I expected it to use both analogs (left to move, right to fight/shoot/cast in a given direction), but it's different. You can only fight/shoot/cast to your front - isn't that difficult, especially for the more fragile characters dealing with long range attacks?

No - it is not diablo. I've played a lot of diablo 1 and 2 (100h+ each).

Back in 2012 I decided not to buy diablo 3 on PC (launch failure and horror stories).

Now here I'm playing D3 on my PS3 having fun. Really nice game. Some sort of multiplayer - coop - God of War - but WTF?

After 5h of button mashing, I remembered that this game is called Diablo not GoW nor Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. This is not a Diablo game. Still good game and a lot of fun, but it is like GTA 4 vs. GTA: San Andreas. Graphics are great, but ganeplay lost it soul.
