So by typical JRPG I mean it has a lengh of around 20-30 hrs.  For me it takes me about a month to finish it and I was just wondering how long it takes other people because it does get a little annoying.  Don't get me wrong its not annoying because I want the game to end already, its annoying because in that time like 5 more games that I want come out and now I feel like I'm playing catch up all the time.  Also with JRPGs I tend to get really sucked into the story so I don't tend to play other games at the same time and if I do its just multiplayer with my friends.  So just curious how long it takes you guys?

Several months. I have a bad habit of spending my time simply walking around doing nothing whatsoever, which is why it took me 125 hours to beat Xenoblade.

3 weeks to a month for main story+a bit extra,

More if I want to 100%. Gonna take me a while to 100% Xenoblade.

If it's Tales of Symphonia, it takes me more than 3 months, I started it in May and I still can't finish it, that game is soooo loooong, each time I think it's going to end, it just continues XD.

It took me like 5 months to finish Xenoblade, but I didn't play it every day. In average, it takes me 2 months or more to finish a JRPG.

Depends on the game. On JRPGs these days I generally only get about a day a week (so 4-6 hours) session.

So, generally takes 6-12 weeks to beat mainline. Obviously add for other content or side missions.

Longer then most people

Takes me about 3-4 weeks usually. It can take me 2 months or more if I take frequent breaks.

Never play JRPGs in succession. That shit will wear you down.

Lol I've been doing that recently because I need to get some games on my backlog done and I know what you mean lol.  I need to take some pretty frequent breaks.

It depends on Keeping power: Star Ocean 4, and Resonance of Fate for example took me like week and a half to 2 weeks. The better it is the faster I beat it.

It usually takes me 2-3 months for me. It depends on the game though. I probably average about 1 hour a day, so a 30 hour rpg will take me about a month. However, if I spend 100+ hours it takes me 3 months at least.
