I'd get the Vita versions of Totori and Meruru if they had a physical release. No physical release means I'm not interested though. Will stick with the PS3 versions.
I didn't buy the DLC, but one of the Meruru DLCs is pretty awesome imo. Over 200 music tracks from previous Atelier games for $2.99. That's a really good value. Usually you might see publishers give you maybe three or four songs for $2.99.
These games are good because of the character interactions, the time management/alchemy/travel gameplay, and music. Combat is the only thing lacking in these games, and despite having such weak combat the games are pretty good. In Atelier Totori, my favorite cutscene is the one where Totori keeps saying "Mimi!" after she learns Mimi's name. It's like a cute version of the Lion King's Mufasa scene.
