Another game joins Sony's Play, Create, Share genre.

This looks pretty decent. I heard that this is also not an actual game you buy. Its actually free or something like that? I cant remember where i read that though. Looks good though

Does anybody know if I have to download customized worlds to play them or I have to connect to the cloud and play?
What is the price model? Is it Freemium or Free with some optional dlcs to expand your world?
