They have to pursue and dissuade. It's how they get paid. It's a side job for some and full time for others. 

Imagine if you guys would just bypass the mess they try to start. Even if they quote you. That would really get the point across. The one guy probably loves you guys reactions. He's done the very same thing in another thread. Please just go right past his/their posts and I bet he won't like it.

I agree that it's nice to have a thread without one side or the other ruining it.

But, the exchanging of opinions is what these forums are all about. It just sucks that one side or the other can't just have an opposing view without trying to flamebait.

Ok, Ok. I get it that it's annoying to see negativity all the time but how about we stop complaining about it, ignore it (or if you're feeling particularly frisky, debate them in a respectful way), and get back to the topic at hand. Let's be honest, complaining about it is exactly what they want you to do. So just don't do it; the forum atmosphere will be better if you don't

OT: I have to say that Microsoft has a really enticing console and they seem to be making it better as the release date nears. There are so many great looking games that they've announced (Forza 5, Halo, DR3, Project Spark, Quantum Break, Below, Fable Legends, Garden Warfare, Ryse, Sunset Overdrive, and Zoo Tycoon as well as plenty of third party support).

One of the best things about the X1 IMO is the whole instant switching thing. And the controller looks amazing as well. All in all, I can't wait until it comes out!

I swear to god, earlier today I was trying to craft a rough draft in my head about totally taking the high road and ignoring all of this BS that I wanted to send to all of the Xbox fans on here. There are some really good posters who are smart as shit and make excellent points but I feel like it's a waste sometimes because of how it fuels more BS. I know it's hard but I think that if we got the hive mind going on this, it would be better. I'm talking completely ignoring the obvious crap like whatshisface was pulling here before he got banned. 

So in short, my fellow Xbots, can we PLEASE try to rise above the common element. Try acting like their posts aren't even there, I honestly think if we go Ghandi on these fools we can start a VGC movement. Is anyone else down for this?

Definitely, we need to create a blacklist of users that should just not be entertained. Better yet, get WoW back to make a working ignore button!

I'm not saying i will get one but some of the exclusives do look good. They actually appeal to me, i just hope microsoft can do better than Xbox 360 and keep 1st and 2nd party support going strong. That's my main concern here.

But yeah, i agree the console looks far better now than it was back at E3. Fantastic 3rd party support (probably better now than before). I mean you get games like metal gear solid and Kingdom hearts now, enjoy. I just wish MS could show more of their exclusives. they only seemed to focus on forza, dead rising and ryse so far. I want to see more of the others though.
