For the most part, I got that, but apparently the original source, but someone obviously didn't (as you can see from the title). Besides, these days I wouldn't be at all surprised if someone released a patch that's not free and people would defend the practice. People are willing to defend just about anything as long as the core product is something they like enough.

They've fixed the match making according to vid, though it's only a very occasional problem.


They added a region filter?  Because nothing else will stop me playing mexicans when I'm in the Uk...

No, i thought you were referring to ranks. A filter would be nice but most speak english, hardly anyone uses mic anyway, connection is as consistent as any other game... not a high priority.

Absolute bollocks.  Other games use region filters, optional in most cases. 

Other games do, yes. I was saying the connection is fine anyway. I wouldnt have put 40 hours into the mp if i had frequent connection issues.

Of course, is why the problem is even acknowledged by ND themselves for UC2, 3 and LoU, but their reason for not wanting to add a filter is "Because players in some parts of the world would have probems finding matches or worse performance during the matces".

In other words, ND would rather the bad countries ruin it for evryone else.

Sounds liek an issue that is isolated to a small number of people. Every game has some issues with matchmaking, online issues, hardly a big deal.
