I dont know if he is in the game but the game characters do remind me of him. Guess that is just a style the creator likes to make. I did read something about a known character being in the game but I cant say if its Joe or not.

Also the last game being in 2006 was only 7 years ago. Meaning about the only gamers not exposed to him when it released would be around the age of 1-10 years old. I hardly consider that to be the majority of gamers.
