What situation? PS3 received all Mass Effect games.

It is coming to the PS4, there is no question !
The game is only a timed exclusive (1 year)...and calling it an exclusive is already pushing it (360,One and PC)

its gonna happen no doubt about it...ms needs to start aquiring studios instead of using timed exclusives

I think a year is the usual duration for these things in the gaming industry nowadays.

The "cloud" is another word for dedicated servers, which have been powering many PS3 multiplayer games like Uncharted 3 for a while now.

IMO Microsoft is waiting for the numbers to be released, it the game sell a couple of million and helps to move consoles, Microsoft will pay for an exclusivity deals, like they did with gears of war, if it doesn't sell well, in less than one year it will appear on ps4.
