Forums - Sony Discussion - Naughty Dog Did Hide PS4 Release Date in The Last of Us

Naughty Dog was aware of the actual release date of Playstation 4 (even before its official announcement at GamesCom 2013). Not only this, Naughty Dog even hid the PS4 release date in "The Last of Us".

lol, there's actually a sale at my local bookstore (or whatever you guys call it, I'm not a native english-speaker) at that date.

hiding it in multiplayer instead of single player, now thats smart lol

turns out it isnt multiplayer, saw ellie's head in the bottom corner

so what Naughty Dog hiding on 12/1 then?

CPU: Ryzen 7950X
GPU: MSI 4090 SUPRIM X 24G
Motherboard: MSI MEG X670E GODLIKE
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 32GB DDR5
SSD: Kingston FURY Renegade 4TB
Gaming Console: PLAYSTATION 5

But they were wrong about the 1st December...maybe that's when they were gonna launch it in Europe?

Either way, there's so, so many dates around in that game so it's only natural that one of them matches up.

Or maybe they have something else in their minds for 12/1, a new game unvailing. Though it will probably end up being nothing.

Cryptic. This is sounding like all those HL3 conspiracies!
