You need a new account to MP works... like one in UK... your account, created in your country didn't works.

Microsoft made it so you can switch nationalities on XBL accounts this past year, so that's resolved.  The only consideration are games, but as I mentioned elsewhere, with the exception of Germany, you shouldn't have too many issues.  Games may be available in the UK and Ireland before they're available to mainland Europe but in general the same games should be available across Europe.  If you buy disc-based games, then you can avoid any issues with German law.

You don't need to change account region,just change the console region then you just changed which country's XBL server you will connect,and you can always change back because from option

And all games and DLC will be region free,just maybe you can't buy via credit card,but you can use pre-paid card to buy it since pre-paid card won't check your address(Albert Penello implied that and doc confirmed that)

What you talkin' about Willis???  Um, no.  An Xbox LIVE account can be switched from one region to another, if necessary.  Microsoft enabled this feature this past year.

You will need to set the country on the console to whatever country you're "emulating", such as France, Germany, or the UK.  However I don't know if you need to switch the nationality of the account or not.  If you do, that can be done on Xbox.com.

Hey, 2/3rds of the languages spoken in Belgium are covered.

Oh my, this is beyond bizarre, but maybe at MS headquarters some execs don't even know that Portugal exists, or if they do, they think is that strange little place where people try to speak Brazilian with mixed results.   
About Belgium, after all it makes sense, don't Walloons have a lot more free time in their hands?    So they must have thought might as well cause a Flemish meltdown, just for teh lulz.
