Forums - Gaming - How can Developers justify charging 60 bucks for Duck Tales Remastered? Edit: PS3 version at Walmart

I don't have a reason other than "IT'S DISNEY" and it is aiming to sell through the holidays. Probably $9.99 next year tho.

Really?  The physical copy at my EB Games is $20, which is still a rip off because it just comes with the case and a download code, not even a disc...

Which, it seems worth that price considering what passes for a 60 dollar game.

I saw the game on the PSN, but I didn't notice the price. 60 dollars is a lot for this game. Does it have extra content or something?

The link you provide is some third party seller. So not sure why you making a big deal out of it. Here is a person selling Earthbound for $6,000. DId you see that in store. I mean did it scan at that price? If you saw it online then it is just place holder or price error. For example here are some games that are not coming to retail but are listed on website.

During E3 Ducktales was also listed for $60. I hope that helps somewhat unless Walmart really is selling it for that price. Only an uninformed gamer would buy it or someone really passionate about it i guess.
