I've just got a 6 month job as a working guest in Lofoten Golf Club in Svolvaer in Norway.

I'm wondering if it is the end of the world or if there are many people from this community living in the area. I'll be alone and I need someone to introduce me to some ladies and practice norwegian.

The region I'm gonna stay (GImsoysand) already belongs to the common designation of "north pole" so I'm guessing during winter is not a welcoming place to be at.

I'll be there till march T-T
