Medal of Honor- that game deserved to be better but multiplayer was just awful in that game even though DICE did multiplayer in that game.

Gran Turismo PSP- half of the game didn't even exist!

Bioshock 2- the original was better in every way i though.

I guess i could say GTA IV as well, i liked it alot but it went 1 step forward and 3 steps back on San Andreas. GTA V looks like a massive step on GTA IV from what i've seen though.

Assassin's Creed 1 -Just horrible combat which made the game harder than it should of been

For me it would have to be between SSB: Brawl and DCUO (DC Universe Online)

Fable 3, stronghold 3 and duke nukem forever. I waited almost forever for duke nukem and it was just a huge disappointment. Stronghold 3 was also a huge letdown.

I tend to buy games late 'coz I always have a backlog of games so by the time I get around to most games they are a known quantity which saved me from Haze a bit (I did play it but only when I found it in a bargain bin and only to see how bad it was...it was very bad). But I was hyped for GTA4, bought it day 1 and it massively disappointed me, it was like they forgot that GTA was supposed to be fun, and tongue-in-cheek funny, instead it was boring and soulless.

The way people are describing these games makes me think I played a different version that what they played.

That and I am thinking this is turning into a hate thread more than a disappointment thread.

LA Noire. The idea of being a detective in Los Angeles during one of the most notorious eras in history in an open world game sounded great, but the 'revolutionary' interrogation system was nothing more than a damp squib. Furthermore, the act of investigating each crime just got far too repetitive. It was also guilty of the great crime of having an open world that was nice to look, yet void of things of interest all at once.

Soul Caliburs IV and V. Both were absolutely terrible fighting games and a disgrace to a once great fighting game franchise.:P

Killzone3? must have played different SP, it was good. the envioronments were much varied compared to the prior two. Ok that on rails ship battle at the end did suck

MOH 2010 i really dont think anyone was hyped for that, at least not on the level of BF, i cant recall anyone thinking it was going to be great.

Force Unleashed, im sorry but anyone who doesnt get why it got a sequel doesnt understand economics. The sequel now that was a let down.


OT Smash Bros. No excuse for a game to get delayed that much and have such a HORRIBLE online, people giving it 9 or more are bias

speaking of crap online KOF 12. Terrible game, should have listened to reviews and bought Blazblue instead. I didnt want to believe them. THere was no way it could be THAT bad. It was worst. horrible redesigned characters, ugly sprites, terrible online, neutered characters. God this sucked. At least they made it up with 13 which was a MUCH better game...cheaper too.

FF13. not even gonna complain about the linearity, but if that was the route they were gonna go, they better have an AMAZING story. THey didnt, probably one of the worst stories ive ever experienced, terrible characters, horrible lore that is slowly explained in text, no compelling villians, and the ones that looked like they were going somewhere die quick, boring ending

Modern Warfare 2, unbalanced online, with boring maps. worst story. its like they copy and pasted part 1 but everything is worst except for the No Russian part, but lets be real that was done for shock value. To be continued ending, which no game should EVER do, especially if their asking for 60 bucks and i have to wait for two years. Hell i didnt eve get MW3 to find out how it ended.
