I'll be buying 3 or 4 Radeon 8970's and I won't have to upgrade it. Hence the point in getting a decent one to start off with. :)

That GPU should run current gen DX9/10 games at max up to 1600 x 900 with a good frame rate, I should know because I had a 5670 before getting my 7870. It depends on what type of games you'll be the playing, but the Mobo/CPU is somewhat of a dead end :/
I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.
The NX will be a 900p machine
