Has anyone else been watching the pure, mind-blowing amazingness that this show has blessed us with? Why is nobody talking about this show?

I love the show, but I'm not watching the final season until it's actually finished. The episode per week suspense would probably destroy my mind.

Who would have guessed I'd end up liking Skyler and not liking Jesse...

I still hate walt for how ruthless and stupid he has been, but now I want him to get away with it.. Much better than how they have treated dexters last season. Jesse makes sense to me, but is still annoying. Even skylar is with the program. Do u watch talking bad as well? |
So why isn't there a TV forum yet? It's way overdue.
I think I want Walt to get away with it to, but he doesn't deserve it. Hank is right, Walt is a monster. Walt deserves anything that happens to him.
That's unfortunate. I think I'm 2 seasons behind on Dexter, so I guess I'll have some disappointment to look forward to...
I've never understood the hate for Skyler, or the current hate for Jesse. Are people unwilling to at least try to put themselves in their positions? I have not had the chance to watch Talking Bad. It's just on too late, past my bedtime and whatnot.

That's usually how I operate as well, especially with books, but with this show I absolutely CANNOT risk anything being spoiled for me. Me waiting has caused me to accidently view some horrible spoilers for Dexter, Battlestar Galactica, and others.

I respect Jesse. Walt has been a complete asshole to him from day 1 excluding a few times. Walt has climbed to the top while making Jesse pay every turn and this has been in the making for a very long time now and no one is to blame but Walt's greed and carelessness. At times they kept each other alive but Walt also was an asshole the majority of the time.
Jesse may want to sell drugs but he was never in it to be greedy or kill people. Especially innocent people. Apart of his character has always been he has cared a lot about kids and that was what ended it for Jesse.
At this point itll be sad if something happens to Walt but Id like to see things end happily for Jesse. As for Skyler, Jesse knows more about Walt than anybody as he knows the true Walt (Heisenberg). If Skyler new half of what Walt has done she would have went ot the police immediately.
Yeah I love this show. It's huge here in Albuquerque where it's filmed.
is Walt suffering from schizophrene that guy look like he has two personalities the father and Heisenberg

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
What I enjoy is just how non-TV show these last couple episodes have been.
What you'd expect from the show is there to be this big behind the scenes chess game ala Death Note with the "I Know you know etc".
Instead it's just fuck you in your face how you'd expect it to go in real life.

Good timing with this thread.. FINALLY got caught up with this show after nearly a year, and WOW, just awesome.. Gets more intense and entertainment the farther it goes. While I'm somewhat happy I've caught up as now I won't have to worry about spoilers, it's gonna be tough for me to wait until Sunday to find out what happens next, and another 7-8 weeks after THAT to reach the conclusion, which I'm sure won't dissapoint.. In the meamtime, I'll discuss what I hope to happen, and what I think WILL happen..
(*SPOILERS*)
I'm pretty torn on whether I want Walt to succeed or not. On the one hand, he's suffered through hell to get to where he is, and used a great deal of cunning and intelligence to do so, so it would be a bummer, and I'd even go as far to say as (ironically) unjust if it all just collapsed around him.. But at the same time, he has also put others through hell, and been quite reckless, and even downright heartless at times too, having people killed without hesitation, and trying to poison a child for instance. I suppose what I would like to see is for him to get away clean, but to lose his meth "empire," in the process. He needs to be penalized in some way. I just don't think that way should include the taking of his life, as the cancer will achieve that anyway.
And actually, this seems to be what will transpire, judging from the brief snippets of Walt with a whole new look, long beard, new glasses, hair grown out, etc.. He is seemingly in refuge, taken on a new identity, likely in the witness protection program. And this to me would be a satisfying ending, as it would be both a win AND a loss for him. While he would get away and get to live, he would have lost everything in the process; his wife, his kids, his money, his empire, and his identity. So that is my prediction to what happens to Walt, if those brief scenes are to be taken seriously.
As for Jesse, I see him as somewhat of a softie; a weak link. He has shown his sensitive side before, and will do so again. Looks to me like he will cave in and give himself up, as well as Walt. I think this will ultimately be Walt's undoing, and will prove a good irony.. Jesse; the man that essentially got him started and helped him claw his way to the top has now ruined him.
Many of the supporting cast, I feel is going to have to suffer in some way as well, either because of Walt, or just because of their own greed or incompetence. Hank, Saul, Lydia, and Skyler in particular are going to fall on hard times of their own, and there may even be a death or two between these three. They all have much on the line here..
