Update: Still one more week with August but as of August 24th,

3DS= 31% of Goal
Vita= 18% of Goal

with the Announcement of 2DS it might make it!

Vita has Killzone/Tearaway with GE2 in japan and PS4 connectivity

3DS has pokemon/zelda with MH4 in japan and new 2DS!
