They've already shown the Xbox One version in-game but I forgive for thinking that its running on the 360/ps3 because it is far from impressive.

EA said they won't use a new engine for FIFA on PS4/Xbone.
Xbox themed exclusive pannini sticker set special exclusive Xbox1 bundle that's a euro exclusive that won't be on ps4 due to it being Xbox exclusive,

I'm hearing it's Firefall.
The PS4 version of Fifa will still crush the X1 one at sales. Like 5 to 1.
