Grand Theft Auto III sold 14.5 million accross all plataforms (PS2 / PC / Xbox)... GT3 sold more than GTA 3.

He is right if you compare game to game.

San Andreas sold more than GT3 in PS2 era.

Vice City sold 17.5 million across all plataforms (PS2 / PC / Xbox) so I think it can sold more or less than GT3 (VGC shows more)... San Andreas sold 21.5 million accross all plataforms (PS2 / PC, Xbox) so it sold more than GT3.
