I can't believe the Spanish version is censored too. Guess ND shipped all the PAL games censored.

That is not likely. The german version gets released on german speaking markets only. Same with the french version. The rest of europe gets the english/UK version (sometimes spain beeing the exception with a spanish speaking version).
Occasionally you get more spoken languages in local markets, but english is always the default.
