It's within every JRPG player's heart! We can't feel it because the press doesn't care about JRPGs anymore, they're bent onto generic platform/shooting/action games.

I agree with this

It's my most hyped game for this year, that's for sure

I thought you have canceled your preorder...?

:P, we can all overreact sometimes ;)

I had to choose between Tales and Dragon's Crown. Dragon's Crown won, I may buy it latter hopefully when is cheaper.

Tempted to pre-order it, but for some reason I want to play Graces first.

Once I have a bit of time to really play it I fully intend to buy it. On the road A lot this month so figures be the month bunch of games I want come out.

No need for hype. I bought it and am waiting for it to hit my door. The end.

That doesnt correlate in any way with how good or bad Xillia will be.

For example Tales of the Abyss was excelent, but tales of legendia was a pile of poo. They came one after the other. After that Vesperia was beyond excelent, and after that, Tales of the tempest was probably the worst Tales game ever. Innocence came out after and was ok and then Hearts wich was pretty good.

As you can see, it doesnt correlate, but i believe the quality level is mantained nowadays. Theres only been 2 truly bad Tales games in my opinion (legendia and tempest) Either way, even though i dislike the comments Namco europe made about the Vita and the fact that they havent announced any of the Vita tales yet, i find that Namco does deserve support over this release and its important that it sees sucess. They have announced Xillia 2 before Xillia 1 is out and they are giving us excelent pre-order bonuses.

If you're a JRPG fan and you want to see more of them release in the west, if you dont buy this game now, you only have yourself to blame for future releases that dont come over. This is the biggest JRPG at the moment (given FF is a mess and sails into action/adventure territory more than RPG). If this isnt a sucess, everyone else will shy over releasing their games.

Want to punish Namco for the comments and Vita situation? Dont buy any other of their games. But do prove to them that theres demand for these games in the west.

Haha, sorry i ended up adressing other issues raised in the thread that arent connected to your post.

Are you sure that was Namco Europe? It just seemed like a fan account, very non-professional.

Those comments were awful though, undermining all the work Namco Jap had done in bringing those 2 Tales games to the Vita.

Thanks for the advice.

To be honest im not sure, but i think it was a Namco-bandai representative for europe. At least the name said that, dunno if it was verified but the comment was quickly removed. Either way, im sure he doesnt have any real decision power and was most likely sacked or silenced.

I'm glad i had a positive influence over you though. :)

Gonna get this game soon he he
