Will get DKC:TF because DKCR was awesome, and DKC:TF looks like more of the same plus a fresh approach to player perspective.
May get Sonic: Lost World but will wait for reviews and impressions from platformer fans before jumping in.
Wind Waker HD is a no go. I like Wind Waker... I beat it three times. But unless there really is a Master Quest mode being added (the main reason why I bought OoT3D), I'm not interested in buying it again.

Donkey Kong will surely sell more than the others, mainly because Zelda Wind Waker HD is a remake and Sonic isn't that popular.

And I won't get those games because I don't have a wiiu.

When does the game release exactly? iirc, all they said was December at E3, and since it was E3, that's probably the release window for NA. The game being made in Japan means they should also get it during that time, but what about Europe? It's possible that not only will Super Mario Cats only have less than a month to sell, but it may only be released in 2 regions by years end.

DKC. WW HD is a remake, and Sonic has averaged around a million to a million and a half for sales in recent years. DKCR had around 4 million, so I'd suspect it will be the best out of the three.

Personally I'd be very surprised if it didn't release WW by the end of the year. I'm just bringing this up since it's a possibility as long as official dates have not been given. Though even with the ideal WW release, I still can't see Super Mario Cats beating Donkey Kong this year with how much longer the latter game will have to sell.

I would be surprised if SM3DW wasn't released this year...
That would be a bad move on Nintendo's part...
The release date I'm really curious about is Wii Fit U...

SM3DW will be released in NA and Japan, but the question is will it be released in EU also. Wii Fit U was also said to release in December at E3.
