Birth by Sleep was definitely worth playing. As good as the main storylines imo. 

Everything he says sounds great, I finally had the chance to play KH 1 and 2 after many years. I'm gonna love playing KH3 on my Wii U.

That trailer was all target render too. Most likely it'll come after XV, but when will that be out? A lot of the gameplay in the trailer wasn't even real-time.

Its gonna be out in 2015.  Square Enix has ben coming out with 1 KH game every year since 2008 I think, 1.5 HD Remix thie year, 2.5 HD remix next year and KH 3 in 2015.  They have been so consistent for so long I don't see them breaking this pattern.  Also if TWEWY2 is only for mobile I will be so mad...

I still think that the game will take more time and planning considering where FFXV is now. 

And I agree that they'll release a KH title in 2015, but I don't think it'll be KH3. I actually think there will be 1 final spin-off for mobile, purely to test the market. Sure, Nomura might want to keep it on consoles, but with SE nowadays you can never know.

Square Enix said that the next KH title following KH DDD will be KH3, obviously they don't count the HD collections.  I think these HD collections are testing the market for them.  Now obviously HD remakes are not expected to sell millions of copies and its hard to predict how many copies they should sell, but I think they can compare the sales from KH 1.5 HD Remix to FF X/X-2 HD sales.  Honestly I think they can work on KH3 and FFXV simultaneously, KH3 is in its starting stages of development and honestly I think they already have the story figured out, they have to have a vision of what they want in KH3 from all the side games.  So they could do voice acting or scripts now and honestly I don't think they need Tetsuya for FF15 anymore, it looks like everything creative wise is done for that game and they just need to finish graphics wise and fine tune the game, but I could be wrong.

I used to care. It's just frankly been too long in my opinion and I hate all of the sidebar releases for handhelds. It's kind of ruined the experience for me. I'll still probably end up buying it, but I'm not eagerly anticipating it anymore.

Why did you hate the handheld games so much?  I think Birth By Sleep was amazing, it had the quality of a console KH game.  I think DDD is a very well made game and while 358/7 days does get a little repetitive the story more than makes up for that.  Recoded is the only one I hate.

Birth by sleep's deck command system was perfect, departure landing is truly beautiful, Aqua's one of a girl and Eraqus is BOSS. Sure.

But the rest was meh. The worlds were not interesting at all compared to the console one. It looked like SQenix forced themselve to find new worlds by digging in Disney most forgertable franchise. Plus they were a lot smaller and less detailed by a huge margin. I know the psp is not ps2, but I don't care, results are here.

The whole armor/power rangers stuff was ridicule at the worst possible level. The "Xblade thing" was almost as pitiful.
Ventus is lame.

When the game was announced, I thought KH would reach another level. The game sounded so serious, it was truly exciting. But it just sounded like it was. In fact the game is the most childish, the most light hearted and the most ridicule one.
The game try to sound serious by killing and make almost all characters disappear, but this is clearly not enough.

To me the best of them all is still the first one ( especially the 1.5 remix ), and I truly hope KH3 will make me revise my judgement.
