its a full remake. you don't get native 1080p 60 fps just by upsacling it with better lightning. also a lot of actions got a tweak. more difficult mode. the mii verse bottle feature. and probably more unannounced things. you are underestimating the work they put into it.

No, its been remastered. Its not remake.

By your definition God of War collection was also a remake, as was ICO+shadow of the collosus, as is Okami HD and FFVII on steam...

Remake is where all assets are built again from scratch. Not the case here, Wind Waker HD  doesn't warrant anything above $40.
