Forums - Gaming - Dark Souls - what kind of weapon and character build do you prefer?

Just got it on PC a week ago and I'm trying to rebuild my PS3 character but much better focused.

I forgot the name of my starting class but it was the one with a handaxe and spider sheild. Boosted strength to 16 and Dex to 14. Keeping them there. Using Bastard sword and Long bow. In the end I will have a Max Fire Bastard Sword and a Max Lightning Long Bog. I'm also using the grass crescent shield. My level up routine is 3 Endurance, 1 Vitality, Repeat.

Haven't played in a while...
My favorite weapon is the halberd,
I've never been much of a fan of faith/magic/pyro builds. The last few builds I created were quality builds which gives u the choice to use a lot more weapons.
As far as armor goes, I usually pick a combo that looks good.

Have any of you noticed different speeds for medium and fast rolls?
