So I'm just wandering why people think MS exclusive end up on PC all the time? Halo, Gears, and Fable haven't been on PC for a while. Forza has never been on PC. Unless their talking about arcade games. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Sega needs to get rid of their stuck up chain of command and get a partnership with MS.
Get their IPs localized plus some of them could enjoy TV series treatment from MS Studios in LA to bolster their image in the West.

I also feel like Xbox One would sell at least 5 million units in Japan assuming that Microsoft got some additional 3rd party Japanese exclusives. 

Add a few smaller quirky brand new Sega IPs in there that are targeted towards the Japan audience and some exclusive 3rd party stuff, like you said, and I could see 4 to 5 million Xbox Ones being sold in Japan. They had some decent growth with the 360 in that market. Just didn't keep things rolling throughout the console's lifetime.

No matter what, it just seems like a win-win for both companies. More exposure in the West for Sega and a better foothold in the East for Microsoft. Someone just needs to sit them down and work it out.

Regarding ms buying sega it is nice but I have not played all sega games but I know sega will be good for ms in Japan. All I want from ms and sega to do is reboot the sonic for a new generation exclusive to Xbox one. That would be awesome for me I really like sonic one of my favourite platformer with banjo, max and battleblock theatre.

What genre is conker never played it but I want to play it anyone having a Xbox original dvd and is that game backward compatible.
