Right in the middle of the cover of the upcoming March issue of the Official Xbox Magazine, that you can see below, you can read “Halo 5: It’s coming this year!”

While we don’t know yet if it’s true, as there hasn’t been any announcement directly from Microsoft, the official Xbox Magazine is supposed to have solid ties with the the publisher in Redmond, so it’s possible.

Yet, we should definitely take this with a big pinch of salt until Microsoft actually announces a release window, cover or not.

What we do know is that the magazine sports a few pieces of concept artwork showcasing the world of the game, but whether the game is really coming out this year or not, your guess is as good as mine.

Does that mean the neoGAF leaker wasn't part of a controlled leak?
