Dammit, I need to stop taking long breaks in my RPG games. I always feel so lost when I do that...

Oh I hate that feeling! I just started playing Skyrim again recently after not playing it for a good while and it took me almost an hour to get a good sense of where, what, how, and why I was doing what I was doing in that game.

Same with Borderlands 2 actually (although that one wasn't as bad).

I decided to play some BoFIV and I'm utterly lost, can't remember where I left off lol.

Yeah I think the more in-depth an RPG game is, the harder it is to continue playing it after a long break. I kind of wish games like that would give you an optional synopsis of what's going on and what your current objective is to fill you back in if need be.
