IMO Rare should be expanded to 2 big teams, (I've yet to see any proof the second team is doing anything or that a third team even exists.)
First team to work on Kinect games, second to work on old/established/core IP
Lionhead is 2 teams, one should work on Fable, the other new IP
Black Tusk should be expanded, Gears and new IP
343 2 teams, both Halo.
Aquire Playground Games and do PGR, don't grind down the Forza name, it's already bi yearly.
Turn 10 - Forza
Good Science - Kinect games
Twisted Pixel, Lift London, Press Play, new IP for XBLA
Keep Remedy second party and either Alan Wake or new IP
Same for Frontier, they do great Kinect/Family friendly games.
Dakota should be given some Rare IP after Project Spark is done.

Xbox Fitness off to a hot Start
The Xbox One's new Xbox Fitness app, through which users can work out in their living rooms using Kinect, is off to a hot start with around 1.5 million workouts logged through the app since it launched in November.
"We've been pretty happy with the pick up," Microsoft Studios general manager for lifestyle entertainment Dave McCarthy told Polygon. "I'm feeling really positive."
Xbox Fitness features a library of interactive programs from fitness routines like P90X and Insanity, as well as fitness celebrities like Jillian Michaels and Tracy Anderson. Using Kinect, the app can even read a user's heart rate and determine which muscles are getting the most use.
The service is included with your Xbox Live Gold subscription through the end of 2014, but it's not clear if Microsoft plans to charge an additional fee thereafter. McCarthy declined to offer any insight on payment plans for the future.
Microsoft's numbers also show that the biggest group of people using the Xbox Fitness app are in their early 20s to early 30s. McCarthy also said that a "healthy" number of people have used the app more than once.
Finally, McCarthy teased that Microsoft is looking into bringing Xbox Fitness to other platforms within the "Microsoft ecosystem," though he didn't name any outright.
"We realize people don't just do stuff inside the home," he said. "We're starting to articulate with our teams: How do we bring that experience together across our ecosystem of devices, which I think is an interesting opportunity for us as well," he said.
"I don't know what the specific form of it will take right now, but we're definitely looking at phones, looking at tablets, looking at PCs and figuring out how we provide a consistent user experience across our devices," he added.

LA Studios is owned by MSFT and is working with remedy for quantum break. It is a first party game

I can assure you that they are multiple teams. If we take into account the canceled projects this increases. From 2010 to 2014 they have been absent which leads me to believe they at least have two projects in the works if not three like rumored. One being KSR and the other is still unknown.

I believe they had 3 teams up to 2008, then along came Kinect and they were slowly gutted. It's not really good enough to say they have 3 teams when their output for the last 5 years has been 3 kinect games. They only partially helped on KS2 and KI to boot.
If we don't see anything at E3 this year, then I think they're a 1/2 team unit. Certainly not 3 teams, and don't think they have 3 projects on the go either.

Theyre most likely 2 teams. The third team appeared to work on smaller projects and DLC. Kinect Sports has had a ton of DLC btw. Considering games can take anywhere from 2-4 years it isnt unlikely that we are seeing this gap with them also focusing on new technology in both kinect and xbox one.
