Thanks for the post Star, appreciate your input! I'm not sure when anything new will happen, but I've cooled down since everything. Will be a challenge for whomever would replace Jay. He's done a lot for this thread and the users here.

I suspect that that was always bound to happen. I really wish they could have co-existed peacefully - maybe one day they will.

As for E3, I am considering taking leave from work (all goes down at like 2 or 3am for me lol)

I would support slade to take over the thread as well, seems like a good fit and he is one of the best users on this site!

ioi is busy with an other site project taking him a lot of time and resources....  I really hope it gets finished fast but at this point he must be very demotivated

Generally, the big three's conferences start between 1 and 3 AM. Sigh

I don't think Slade should take over. He's terrible at things he sets his mind to. Once guaranteed me he'd overtake me in GS in a year's time. Then 6 months time. Then back to a year's time. Not only has he made no progress, but he's actually further off than when he started.

We need a leader who keeps his word, and is up to a challenge!

That would obviously be the great angelus right?
