At least 2.2 Million was Witcher 2 in 2013. You are probably looking at well over 3 million, maybe 4 for Witcher 2 now. And considering the X360 version sold 820k on X360 that means that the PC fanbase is pretty big.

Its hard to say considering Witcher 3 is going more mainstream this time with exposure, but the PC fanbase is well established is what im saying
