Not on mine's. It says Start new game, settings,  game DVR, help and a couple more. Nothing about Breakdown or Lifeline. It does say installed tho

After it prompts you to press Menu to begin, it should give you the option to play: State of Decay,** Breakdown and ** Lifeline.

If not probably you need to re-install the DLCs manually.

Scalebound for sure Forza is already an established franchise, I hope that this game succeeds so we get to see Platinum develop more games on XB1.

Also I'm starting to think that the organisation we know as ONI aren't really the ones after the Chief. The way this is shaping up atm it kinda looks like the current ONI brass is gonna get exposed and shown up to the public, therefore requiring some higher ups to step in and clean things up for the sake of image and perception. With the old Spartan program exposed and people panicking about what these "things" might actually have been designed to do, and what that might mean without a present covenant threat, the new guys in charge decide that any remaining Spartan IIs need to be brought in and dealt with in one way or another.

and ALSO correct me if I'm wrong the Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion was the first major WRPG game released in March 20, 2006 months before the PS3 got released(like Roborad stated).
