50% of the games never receive a release over here, XBO wise.. I'm always importing from UK. (Vita is even worse, >90% I got is imported)

Yeah. MS pretty much knows that cod games will sell on xbox now regardless of any marketing deals. Activision was probably just asking too much for the deals now and phil spencer or whoever thought that the money could be more spread out on other items.

I don't like gta games, but I also dislike crackdown and just cause..

GTA is one big conglomerate of arcade games. Arcade TPS, Arcade Golf, Arcade Driving, Arcade Flying, etc...
Crackdown is my second close, favorite open world game.
