Its up to you but id recommend Seece's thread just like people did with the e3 thread earlier this year.  Youre going to get a lot more discussion over at those places specifically being for them and they did a really good job with those threads.

Dedicated fans will have the option of ponying up for "ESO Plus" memberships. Available in 30, 90, and 180-day durations, these will offer access to all future DLC, which Bethesda said will consist of "game packs with optional adventure content," like zones and quests. Access to these optional areas will be lost if and when your membership expires, but any items or rewards earned from those areas will be kept.

Im really not against F2P to be honest.  It just has to be done right.  Dota 2 and Team Fortress 2 is prime examples of how it can be done.

I also have high hopes in Unreal Tournament and Blue Streak seeing as Cliff Bleszinki is behind it
