Happens to me as well sometimes. Mostly because of NAT settings. ONce XBO goes to sleep it sometimes resets your NAT to strict or moderate and you have to do a hard shutdown to make it open again

Go to Settings and run Test Multiplayer
After it has done its thing hold down both triggers and both shoulder buttons together
It will test your router and for me opens my NAT back up without having to hard reset after going to sleep mode

They don't, that's why we celebrate sites in English. XBO is totally region free tho! Shumps usually had english menus on 360 but only a few were region free.

Only those 2 psycho pass related ones are in English.. cleary a given at this point.
