Next week VGC will have the One reach 10 million. The next week is going to be the biggest week of the year, and with it being the week before Christmas, it should do another 1 million. Then the next 2 weeks could add a total of 800k to 900k so that the One will end the year with 11.8 million to 11.9 million.

I want to be excited, but can't help but think VGC is over tracking the One.

Considering how we know about the Europe under-tracking, I doubt it, at least not much.

Microsoft needs to do something for Europe Ps4 is kicking it in Europe and Asian countries.

After 2014 I think Ms needs to lay down a strategy to capture global audience rather than limiting themselves to Us and Uk, gamers are all over the world and Ms cannot deny that Europe is small compared to North America numbers say something else.

What can Ms do let's make a list:

1. Bundles at attractive prices
2. Bigger ad campaigns for Europe and Asia
3. Price Cuts at occasions which are important in specific regions.
4. Improving the image in people's mind in these regions

Is Lionhead developing another new IP? Microsoft has more first party studios than Sony. I hope they will make their own AAA exclusives this gen.

As far we know its working on fable legends and a new ip with few concepts always flowing in and out in their studios
