I rented the game like two years ago, just bought it again on sale for like $4 lol, the perfectionist achievement took me forever! I didn't know I had one of the mow jobs unselected from two years ago! lmao. I'm still optimistic as well! I think Rockstar knows there's still a demand for it!

They need another Red Dead and Bully (I preferred Bully), but I've seen many times of them talking about old IPs, and renwed trademarks, etc.

The perfectionist achievement took me hours, I think I remember missing a piece of clothing to buy, or something like that.

Lost Odyssey one of the few JRPGs from last gen that everyone should have played.

This!

This was my favorite game this gen, also got every achievement. Including Treasure Trove...

Hot damn, It's a shame I sold my copy of the game (and to gamestop of all places) just to see it on ebay selling for a pretty penny.

I have the korean version, which incidentally is the only region-free version of the game.

Why the korean, you might ask? Because it also comes in English and...well...

This:

I have the superior box art :P

But it says Japanese version on the front cover?

EDIT: FUCK. I can't link you the korean version.

Check it yourself:

I just 1000/1000'd Bully, why hasn't Rockstar made a sequel to this amazing game?

It is indeed a fantastic game, yet another game that proves that Rockstar is one of the best developers. I borrowed Bully on PS2 from a friend and beat it several years ago, just recently got it on 360 when it was on sale for $3.74 as part of the year-end Xbox sale, started playing it yesterday, I'll likely get 980/1000 (don't want to get the last achievement for kissing other boys, lol). Rockstar has actually mentioned the possibility of a new Bully game several times, in fact they've teased sequels to all of their most popular franchises, including Red Dead and LA Noire. Unfortunately, I'm not sure when they'll finally get around to it, most of the Rockstar Studios seem to be busy working on other projects right now. Rockstar North is believed to be working on GTA V DLC and the long teased game Agent. Rockstar San Diego has supposedly been working on a 3rd Red Dead Game for a few years now, supposedly titled Red Dead Revolution, a prequel to Red Dead Redemption set back during John Marston's days riding in Dutch's gang. Rockstar Leeds is believed to be working on a PC and possibly next-gen port of GTA V. Most of the remaining unnaccounted for Rockstar Studios don't usually make games by themselves, they primarily do collaborations and ports, so that makes it unlikely that they're developing a new Bully. That only leaves Rockstar Toronto, they merged with Rockstar Vancouver, who made the first Bully and most recently Max Payne 3, so them developing Bully 2 next is a distinct possibility.

Yeah man I bought it when it went on sale also! That price is a steal. And lol @ that achievement, I think it's called "Over the rainbow". Pretty bold and progressive that Rockstar included that in the game. I'm sick of them teasing lol I wish they'd announce something, and I wasn't aware they were merged. That's great news and actually gets my hopes up even more for a sequel.

I should seriously buy Lost Odyssey, all I hear is great things. I hope it's better than Blue Dragon (wasn't really a big fan of that game).

Dude... not even kidding, get it.

If you like old school turn based RPGs, with deep emotional character development, and a little chiched story... then it's for you. They have these dream sequences where you read the backstory of the main characters' life and some of it actually reduced me to tears.

And yes, it's miles ahead of Blue Dragon. I got to disc 3 and quit... not even sure why I quit, but I did. ALTHOUGH... the combat system is VERY similiar. So if you didn't like it for that... you may be out of luck. It is long with 4 discs, and if you have a decent enough storage, I suggest your install the disc. This will cut load time to less than 5 seconds in game.

I went to GameStop and it was less than $20, not sure that's acceible to you though.

I haven't played Blue Dragon but I'm always hearing that Lost Odyssey is the best of Mistwalker's 3 main games.

On a side note, I wish that Mistwalker's 3rd 360 game, Cry On, hadn't been cancelled. Not much is known about it other than that it was an Action RPG, but it was sure to be pretty good coming from Mistwalker.

I wish MS would've put Lost Odyssey on games on demand. They should make another deal with Mistwalker.

I love turn based games, idk what it was with Blue Dragon, I just couldn't get into it and the characters were pretty meh (love the art style though). Less than $20? Doubt my gamestop will have it but I'll check.
