I use voice for everything as well and i do love that aspect of it but overall the dashboard itselfis missing things like Avatars for example.  Without voice i find it difficult to navigate compared to X360.  X360 i could just press a button and get to my friends and send invites to people through party etc.  On XBO you have to go all the way back to the dashboard to do stuff like this instead of getting the minibox to popup.  I dont like that.

A mini box could be cool.

I dont miss avatars though. I like the new friends list better. With the big profile picture and much better information on everyone. Glad they did that instead of avatars. No problem if they add them in later, but I dont miss them. Having them for games like Kinect Sports is a must though.

I hope having a mini box though doesnt affect the multitasking or snapping. Id rather have them.

Is there any way to play Banjo, or Conker on the 360? I've seen enough from you guys and I want to finally experience it :)

Buy Conker Live & Reloaded for original Xbox. It has backwards compatability.  Banjo Kazooie and Tooie are both on XBLA xD  All great games and still my favorite 3D platformers, even over Mario Galaxy.
